Police confirm one man charged with murder after a man was killed at Huntsville Waffle House – WAFF
Multiple crews responded to the Waffle House on University Drive Friday night
HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WAFF) – Investigators have identified the man killed at a Huntsville Waffle House, and the man accused of his murder.
Huntsville police arrested Bryant Davis, 23 for the murder of 39-year-old Joshua Bankston.
HPD Spokesperson Lt. Jesse Sumlin confirmed officers responded to 4896 University Dr. for a cutting call around 10:20 p.m. on March 5. Upon arrival, officers found Bankston in the parking lot of the restaurant with multiple injuries.
